In 2005, the Company sought to list on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) in the United Kingdom (UK) in order to expand the shareholder base. This was achieved in November of that year and marked the first of a series of major developments for the Company.

In November 2006, the Company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), a move which would assist the Company to further expand its interests in South Africa by enabling the Company to acquire assets by means of share issue.
